AKAZUKIN CHA CHA literally "red-hooded Cha-Cha", is about the adventures of a little witch-in-training and her gang of magical friends. They constantly get into trouble but they can always count on Cha-Cha's teacher Seravi, and the magical princess Holy-Up (who's actually Cha-Cha after a Sailormoon-esque transformation). The show is often very silly, and is really geared towards children. But as long as you don't take anything too seriously, this show is a lot of fun for oldies like me too. It is chronically happy and sweet though...you have been warned. It does deserve plus points for the dubbing which is quite well done, much better than Ninja Robots and The Sneezing Magician.
